This is the Brazil section of the presentation. This version of the video only has 3 of the 5 screens visible here so it can be viewed more easily. You'll notice cuts as well - these are the different "branches" that play based on how the audience votes.

This is a matte painting of the Amazon Rainforest built for the project "Co2 and You" by the Digital Worlds Institute at UF. For this project, I programmed the entire Unity back-end, composited, as well as created this environment. I had a small hand with the environments for other segments as well (such as Japan).

The project was built in Unity so that during the show the audience could use their phones to vote online. The movie will progress (branch off) in multiple ways based on how the audience voted. Co2 and You is displayed in a theater on five large screens surrounding the viewers.

The goal of Co2 and You is to inform the audience on climate change. The audience visits five different countries (Nigeria, Japan, Brazil, China, and USA) and gets to see how the decisions of the citizens in one country affects those in another.

Currently the project only has showings at the institute, but a 16:9 version is being created to show elsewhere such as museums.
